Exhibitors enjoy free parkings from March 31st till April 8th, 2025. Daily visitors opening hours from 10:30am till 7:30pm.
Comfortable and free shuttle buses deserve Watches&Wonders and the lake side (Beau Rivage Hotel) in a 5minute tacts, making it time efficient not being blocked in the Geneva traffic and loosing precious time from INSPIRING BRANDS. Also free limousine service could be booked, to be brought back to your hotel within a range of 25km after a long working day.
With the Geneva tourism board, we will be assisting you, to find the best accommodations as per your budget.
A professional and fully equipped press room will also be available. An auditorium could be rented, to welcome professionally the press and clients for a product launch or other presentation.

Exhibitors are legally fully responsible for the visitors attending INSPIRING BRANDS exhibition. Our visitor form dully signed, dated and company signed must be sent to us, to welcome
your visitors properly and issuing them free of charge access passes.
Exhibitor registered visitors have free access.
None registered exhibitors visitors will have to purchase a daily CHF 60,00, tow days CHF 100.— or weekly access pass CHF 299.—. Prices incl. VAT.
To enter one must be 12years older or accompanied by a legal representative. All visitors must bring a valid ID card or passport. For security reason, at the entrance, a picture of you will be taken and printed on the access pass as well as a copy of your valid legal documents scanned. This scanned legal documents will be kept during the exhibition duration and 30 days after. Once this time passed, all documents will be delated. The entrance card could also be paid online, valide legal documents scanned and sent us. This will be printed and issued on our entrance counters

Various free of charge activities after 7:30pm will be organized such as Geneva territory wine testing. Geneva has small wine yards with a limited top quality production. A selection of winegrowers will be presenting their harvest such as other typical Geneva or Swiss specialities. These are reserved for the exhibitors and VIP clients/visitors.
It is planed, to have a free major concert with known artist(s) performing on the main privatized square open, to the public.
